If you have your work emails on your iPhone, you may need contact details for somebody belonging to the organisation. You can get these by searching the Global Address List on your iPhone.

Go into Contacts

Select Groups in the top left of the screen

Select the Global Address List which will bring up a search box (similar to the above screenshot). From here, search for the contact you are after. After, you can select Create New Contact to add it to your iPhone's address book.
