Company Contacts on iPhone
If you have your work emails on your iPhone, you may need contact details for somebody belonging to the organisation. You can get these by searching the Global Address List on your iPhone. Go into Contacts Select Groups in the top left of the screen Select the Global Address List which will bring up a search box (similar to the above screenshot). From here, search for the contact you are after. After, you can select Create New Contact to add it to your iPhone's address book.

Automatic Replies on iPhone
Note: This applies to iOS 11 and above. Go to Settings then About and check your version number to ensure you are using iOS 11. On previous versions of iOS, you can go into Settings then Mail, Contacts, Calendars to access the same settings. Should you be out of the office and not have access to a computer, you can set your out of office replies from your iPhone. The instructions below will show you how. Go into Settings and Accounts & Passwords Select your work email from the list of accounts At the bottom of the settings page for your work account will be an option called Automatic Reply. Select it to switch it on Turn Automatic Reply on and specify an End Date if you'd like the automatic replies to turn off automatically. You can then specify a message for internal senders in the Away Message box and also external senders by switching External Away Message on and typing in the External Away Message box.

Re-syncing iPhone or iPad Calendar
On occasions, it may be necessary to clear the data from the iPhone or iPad calendar application and do a fresh, complete sync. Use the following procedure: From the Home screen go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Select your Exchange account. Set the option to sync the calendar to Off. Return to the Home screen and go to the Calendar application. Verify that the calendar is empty. Return to the Home screen and go back to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Select your Exchange account. Set the option to sync calendar data to On. Go back to the Home screen and go to the Calendar application. The calendar will re-populate with data from the server. Note: The initial sync may take an hour or more.

Taking a Screenshot on a Samsung Phone
If you wish to take a screenshot with your Samsung phone, you can do so by holding the Lock button (found on the right-hand side of the phone) and the Home button (the physical button at the bottom of the phone). After you've done this, a square effect will show on the screen and you'll have a notification to confirm a screenshot has been captured.

Automatic Replies on Samsung (Android v7)
Note: This applies to a Samsung running v7 of Android. To find out if you're using this version, go to Settings then About Phone and finally Software Information. Check the 'Android version' at the top of the screen. Should you be out of the office and not have access to a computer, you can set your out of office replies from your Samsung. The below instructions will show you how. Go into the Email app, select the 3 lines at the top left of the screen and select the settings icon. Select your work email at the top of the screen Scroll down and select Out of office settings from the next screen to set your automatic reply Move the slider to the right to turn the setting on and slide all other sliders to the right to turn them on. You can then specify a message for internal senders in the Message box and also external senders by just underneath when the slider for Send out of office auto-replies to external senders is on. Select Done once finished to set the automatic reply.

Go to Settings -> Connections -> Wi-Fi and make sure you're connected to a Wi-Fi network. Go to the home screen, tap Phone Tap the 3 Dots -> Settings Scroll down to the Wi-Fi calling switch and toggle it On

Automatic Replies from the Outlook App
You can set your Out of Office (or Automatic Replies) from your mobile phone using the Outlook app. Open the Outlook app and select the 3 lines at the top-left of the screen. Select the settings cog at the bottom-left Select your email address on the next screen Select 'Automatic Replies' Turn on Automatic replies and select the 'Reply to everyone' option. Compose your message at the bottom of the screen and hit the tick once finished.
