Changing FreshService Signature
You can set your own signature in FreshService by following the below: Click on the account icon in the top-right and select Profile Settings. Edit your signature in the text box and select Update. Your signature will now show at the bottom of each reply or forward within the ticket system.

Creating a Ticket System Account
By having an account on the ticket system, you can log in to the portal to raise tickets and check the progress of your open tickets. In order to raise some tickets, you will need to submit tickets via the portal. If you've submitted a ticket to IT in the past, it's likely that you already have an account and just need to verify your account. If not, you can sign up to a new account. You can do this by following the steps below: Go to https://support.ertosunhouse.com Click on the SIGN IN option at the top-right of the screen If you have submitted an email to IT in the past, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link. If you haven't submitted a ticket to IT in the past, select the 'Sign Up' option. If you've selected the 'Forgotten your password?' option enter your company email address. You'll eventually receive an email with a link where you can specify your new password. Once you've changed your password, complete steps 1 and 2 again and enter your new details to log in. If you've selected the 'Sign Up' option, enter your First Name, Last Name and company email address. Hit 'Register' after completing the Captcha.
